They are applying a programme designed for a different body to their own — and the inevitable result is insufficient recovery, stalled progress, and the chronic fatigue that most natural trainees interpret as a need to train harder rather than a signal that they are already training too much.

The natural trainee's recovery capacity is finite and determined by their natural hormonal environment. It is a maximum-intent session of reduced duration and reduced frequency. The effort within the session is the same as in a high-volume programme. The number of sessions, and the total volume across those sessions, is deliberately lower — because the recovery capacity of the natural trainee is the limiting variable, and the programme is designed around that variable rather than against it.
