Deep breaths frequency

Somebody wrote to take 2 or 3 deep breaths after 15 reps.
But here it is suggested to take 3 breaths for every rep from beginning i.e. From 1 st rep.
Is it clear?
I feel it is easy to lift with 3 breaths every time from starting. Clarification required.
