Barbell calf raises are a great exercise for a home gym trainer.

Looking for an alternative? Try dumbbell calf raises as these are more lower-back friendly.

Should you mix home gym workouts with a commercial gym? You can. Absolutely. But it's really not necessary. All the exercises you require to build your body are available at home.
