Tabata Training Intervals
by: Lee

Have you tried Tabata Training? This style of exercising gives you a great cardio workout fast, and I have personally witnessed some terrific results.

Here is how it works:

  • A Tabata routine can be performed by sprinting, or rowing, or cycling.

  • A typical Tabata Workout consists of 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise bursts followed by 10 seconds of rest.

  • This cycle is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.

To discover what this style of interval training can do for you, see Tabata Training
