The Parallel Bar Dip

by Stephen

My best body weight exercise is the parallel bar dip. Since the bench press doesn't really work for me, this exercise has been brilliant! However, unsure the dip is my favorite exercise, as they're such hard work :-o

My tips? Elbows in, and go steady and slow... also suspect Marvin Eder's figures are safe for a little while longer ;-)
