  2. DAIRY DREAMTIME. Try a calming cup of warm milk before bedtime. Why milk? This nighttime favourite contains the enzyme tryptophan, a natural sedative. Also, the body absorbs calcium better at night.
  3. SNATCH NAPS. Take naps. A nap will help you shut down for a while, then, when you awake, you are refreshed and ready to go. Imagine each nap is like rebooting your computer. And they don't have to be long. Even a short nap of ten or so minutes can supply with an instant pop of energy.
