Cocoa and banana protein shake

My favorite homemade protein shake uses cocoa, banana, and peanut butter. How good is it? Let's just say I have to hide it from the kids!

Recipe: 1 banana, 250 ml skimmed milk, 2 tsp cocoa powder, 25g whey protein powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter. Directions: blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Easy!

P.S. I can't promise my shake puts muscles on a grasshopper, but it tastes great!
