The Basics and Full Body Workouts

Thanks for that, Donaldo - the basics and full body workouts sounds great. It's good to hear you have dipping bars too, because I'm also a fan of this apparatus and what the dip exercise can do. When they say dips will do as much for your upper body as squats will do for your whole body, those guys weren't kidding!
