Greek Yoghurt Homemade Protein Shake

by Ian

I make my homemade protein shakes with these ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese

  • 1 banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and milk.

  • Are my ingredients OK as I am a old school bodybuilder?

    Semi-skimmed 2% Milk

    Hi Ian,

Your homemade greek yoghurt protein shake sounds great! An alternative for you? Consider substituting semi-skimmed 2% milk for whole milk when selecting your ingredients. Not only is semi-skimmed milk kinder to your waistline, but you won't sacrifice any of the flavor.

    Good luck!

I decided to make my own homemade protein shake with just natural foods as I think buying protein powder is a waste of money. As a old school bodybuilder you can get a good physique by eating right and training hard with just basic equipment.

    Keep training
