Homemade Get Big Shake

Here is my homemade get big shake:

  • 1 Tbsp low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop ice cream
  • 1 cup milk

Mix ingredients in blender and enjoy!
