No Snacking After 7 p.m.

My number 1 fat loss tip really works: No snacking after 7 p.m!

A friend recommended this to me, and it's a rule I try to follow especially after xmas (too many mince pies means we all get to carry a few extra inches around our middles).

No snacking after 7 - and this includes any leftover Christmas turkey - means the scales slowly, but steadily return to normal... also the waistband on my pants don't feel quite so tight!!

Happy New Year!

Andy

P.S. Great site. Looking forward to more cool stuff in 2010!

How to Lose Fat After Xmas
by: Lee

Andy,

Thanks for the great snacking tip! A recent report here in the UK says the average girl and guy gains 5 or more pounds over the holidays, which equates to an inch or so around the middle. However, since Christmas without mince pies is kinda like Santa without his reindeer, I think it's important to 'make merry'...

And anyway, you can always make it your 2010 resolution to get into your best shape ever! :-)

P.S. Thanks for the kind comments, Andy. Happy New Year!
