My tips for making a homemade protein shake
is to just survey your fridge and see what you would like to put into a homemade shake. It is best to make your own shakes because that way you know what goes in them.

Here is another home made protein shake that I would like to share:

  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt

  • 1tbsp cottage cheese

  • 1 banana

  • handful of strawberries hulled and halved

  • whole milk

it is easier to make homemade shakes than commercial protein powder

I used to buy supplements but had to stop as they were too expensive to buy, so I invested in a smoothie maker and started to make my own shakes with just whole foods.
