Soloflex Workouts

Are Soloflex workouts any different to regular workouts? I sometimes use my friend's Soloflex home gym and the workouts don't seem to be any different?


The workout I use:
  • Squats

  • Bench press

  • Upright Rows

  • Calf Raise


  • My favorite exercise is the squat, and my tip: add free weights onto the floating barbell in addition to straps. Intense!
